Perancangan dan pengukuran kinerja keberlanjutan menggunakan pendekatan Sustainable Balanced Scorecard (SBSC) pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II
P Pada era globalisasi saat ini kegiatan perdagangan sangat mempengaruhi perekonomian suatu negara dengan cara melakukan kegiatan kepelabuhanan dan logistik. PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II merupakan perusahaan yang berada dibawah kementrian BUMN yang bergerak dibidang jasa kepelabuhan dan logistik. Dalam melaksanaan kegiatan operasional Pelabuhandan logistik dapat menimbulkan dampak bagi keberlanjutan (lingkungan, sosial, danekonomi). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah perancangan dan pengukuran kinerja keberlanjutandengan pendekatan Sustainable Balanced Scorecard di PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II. Langkahlangkahpenelitian yaitu, Sustainable Balanced Scorecard, Analisa Value Chain, Five ForcePorter’s, IFE, EFE & IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix, dan Pairwise Comparison. Berdasarkan IFEdan EFE dihasilkan total weighted score sebesar 3.246 (High) dan 3.479 (Strong) yangartinya PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II menempati kuadran I yaitu grow and build. Tedapat 44indikator keberlanjutan yang diintergrasikan kedalam 5 perspektif Sustainable BalancedScorecard. Hasil pengukuran kinerja dari setiap perspetif termasuk kedalam kategori “Sangatbaikâ€, nilai indeks kenerja sebesar 4,50 (Finansial); 5,00 (Pelanggan); 5,00 (Proses BisnisInternal); 4,46 (Pembelajaran dan Pertumbuhan); dan 4,50 (Keberlanjutan). Berdasarkanhasil penilaian kinerja keseluruhan, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II mendapatkan score sebesar4,64 yang tergolong kedalam kategori “Sangat Baikâ€. Namun perusahaan perlu melakukanperbaikan pada kinerja finansial, kineja pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan, serta kinerja keberlanjutan.
I In today's globalisation commerce does much to affect the economy of a country by conductinglogistical activities. PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II is a company under the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises which is engaged in port and logistics services. In carrying out theseoperational activities, it can have an impact on the environment, social and economy. Theresearch objective is the design and measurement of sustainability performance using theSustainable Balanced Scorecard approach. The research steps in measuring sustainableperformance are, Sustainable Balanced Scorecard, Value Chain Analysis, Porter's Five ForceAnalysis, IFE, EFE & IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix, and Pairwise Comparison. Based on IFE andEFE, the total weighted score is 3,246 (High) and 3,479 (Strong), which can be concluded thatthe company occupies quadrant I, namely grow and build. There are 44 sustainabilityindicators integrated into the SBSC perspective. The performance measurement results fromeach perspective are included in the " Excellent " category, the performance index value is4.50 (Financial); 5.00 (Customer); 5.00 (Internal Business Process); 4.46 (Learning andGrowth); and 4.50 (Sustainability). Based on the results of the overall performance assessment,PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II got a score of 4.64 which was classified into the " Excellent "category. However, companies need to make improvements to their financial performance,learning and growth performance, and sustainability performance.
