Pengaruh getaran akibat proses pemancangan pada tanah terhadap bangunan sekitar
D Dalam membangun infrastruktur, pemakaian fondasi tiang pancang sering dillakukan karena memiliki banyak kelebihan, seperti pengerjaannya yang mudah, kualitas dan mutu terjamin serta waktu pelaksanaannya relatif cepat dibandingkan pelaksanaan jenis fondasi lain. Permasalahan yang dapat ditimbulkan meliputi getaran dan suara bising yang mengakibatkan kerusakan dan menganggu kenyamanan lingkungan disekitar area pemancangan. Getaran yang ditimbulkan akibat pemancangan dapat ditinjau oleh beberapa faktor, yaitu: jarak dan intensitas sumber getaran. Pengukuran getaran diperlukan untik mengetahui besar sebuah getaran dengan jarak tertentu akibat pemancangan yang merambat melalui tanah terhadap bangunan disekitar. Metode pengukuran getaran yang dilakukan adalah Attewel dan Farmer (1973), metode Hechman dan Hagerty (1978), dan J.M. Ko et al. (1990). Serta pengukuran menggunakan alat Vibration Measurement Test (VMT). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan batas getaran yang dapat diterima oleh bangunan struktur sesuai batas getaran yang ditetapkan

Problems that can be posed include vibration and noise resulting in damage and disturbing the comfort of the environment around the area of the erection. Vibration caused by the piling can be reviewed by several factors, namely: the distance and the intensity of the vibration source. Vibration measurement is required in order to determine a vibration with a certain distance due to the piling that propagate through the ground to the buildings around. The method of vibration measurement is performed is based on the Attewel and Farmer (1973), the method Hechman and Hagerty (1978), and the method J.M. Ko et al. (1990). As well as the measurement using the tool Vibration Measurement Test (VMT). The measurement results show the limits of vibration that can be accepted by the building structure within the limits of the vibration set.
