Abstrak
Abstract

T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Leverage, dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai variable-variable tersebut adalah Perusahaan Retail yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam pengujian data penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji koefisien determinasi R2, uji F, uji T dan uji analisis linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan sedangkan Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, dan Leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

T The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage, and Company Size on Company Value. The samples used are Retail Corporate that registered on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data was tested by some of the test that required to make this thesis eligible. The tests are normality test, coefficient of determination test, F test, T test and multiple regression test that processed using SPSS version 25. At the end, the conclusion obtained after taking those test stated that Company Size has no influence on Company Value while Intellectual Profitability, Liquidity, and Leverage has a positive and significant influence on Financial Performance
