D Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anteseden Positive Word of Mouth produk ramah lingkungan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalahdata primer. Data dikumpulkan langsung melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 157responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah denganmenggunakan purposive sampling. Uji instrumen data menggunakan validitas danreliabilitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Structure Equation Model (SEM). Hasilpengujian hipotesa menunjukkan bahwa, 1) terdapat pengaruh positif GreenCustomer Satisfaction terhadap Green Customer Trust. 2) terdapat pengaruh positifGreen Customer Satisfaction terhadap Positive Word of Mouth. 3) terdapat pengaruhpositif Green Customer Trust terhadap Continuous Commitment. 4) terdapatpengaruh positif Continuous Commitment terhadap Positive Word of Mouth.

T The purpose of this research is to analyze antesedent Positive Word of Mouthenvironment friendly product. Data used in this study is primary data. Transmit thedata obtained by questionnaires to 157 respondents. Sample collection techniquesusing purposive sampling technique. Validity and reliability are used instrument test.And Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is used for hypothesis test. The resultshow 1) there is a positive effects of Green Customer Satisfaction towards GreenCustomer Trust. 2) there is a positive effects of Green Customer Satisfaction towardsPositive Word of Mouth. 3) there is a positive effect of Green Customer Trusttowards Continuous Commitment. 4) there is a positive effect of ContinuousCommitment towards Positive Word of Mouth.
