P Pada tahun 2018 PT. Telkom Indonesia melakukan migrasi dari jaringan tembaga ke jaringan fiber optic. Kebutuhan yang sangat tinggi akan kecepatan bertelekomunikasi melalui internet. Fiber To the Home(FTTH)adalah pemasangan jaringan optic yang sampai ke rumah rumah pelanggan.Hal ini merupakan solusi dari tingginya kebutuhan berkomunikasi menggunakan internet, namun diperlukan instalasai jaringan dengan kapasitas user yang lebih banyak, dengan kualitas yang baik. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan Simulasi dan Analisis Kapasitas Jaringan FTTH untuk Optimalisasi Kapasitas Pengunaan Jaringan di Letjen S. Parman yang tata letak wilayahnya didesain menggunakan Google Earth. Selanjutnya dilakukan simulasi Jaringan FTTH menggunakan OptiSystem dengan pasif spliter two stage. Pada Jaringan FTTH Parameter yang menjadi tolak ukur adalah Bit Error Rate (BER) dan Optical Power Meter (OPM) di penerima. Untuk parameter BER yang dihasilkan Optisystem pada pasif spliter 1:2 & 1:16 diperoleh nilai BER 1,35627 x 10-174 dengan nilai OPM -16,647 dBm pada ONT dengan jarak terdekat dan nilai BER 1,11345 x 10-128 dengan nilai OPM -16,667 dBm pada ONT terjauhnya, sedangkan pada pasif spliter 1:2 & 1:32 diperoleh nilai BER 2,66299 x 10-53 dengan nilai OPM -19,405 dBm pada ONT dengan jarak terdekat dannilai BER 1,52689 x 10-48dengan nilai OPM -19,434 dBm pada ONT terjauhnya .Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa simulasi berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai standar kelayakan minimum BER yang ditetapkan yaitu sebesar 10-9 dan juga pada OPM yaitu >-13 dBm sampai dengan <-28 dBm.

In demand of very high speed telecommunications through the internet, Fiber To the Home (FTTH) is the a solution to the high need for communication using the internet. It requires installation of networks with more user capacity, with good quality.In this research FTTH network capacity simulation and analysis was conducted to optimize network capacity in Letjen S. Parman whose layout was designed using Google Earth. And then FTTH network simulation processes using OptiSystem with passive spliter two stage. In FTTH Networks Parameters that are benchmarks are Bit Error Rate (BER) and Optical Power Merer (OPM) at the receiver. For BER parameters produced by Optisystem on passive spliter 1: 2 & 1:16 obtained BER value 1.35627 x 10-174 with OPM value of -16.674 dBm in ONT with the closest distance and BER value of 1.11345 x 10-128 with OPM value -16.667 in the longest ONT, while in passive spliter 1: 2 & 1:32 obtained BER value 2.66299 x 10-53 with OPM value -19,405 in ONT with the closest distance and BER value 1.52689 x 10-48 with OPM value -19.434 in the longest ONT. A conclution the simulation runs well and according to the minimum standard of eligibility BER which is set at 10-9 and also at OPM namely > -13 dBm up to <-28 dBm.ndonesia is a tropical country, it is a pity if the sun is wasted just like that, solar panels are one alternative that can be used to maximize this. To find out the efficiency of solar panels, a deep research and analysis needs to be held. In this study using 1 solar unit with a capacity of 50 WP, 1 unit Solar Controller Charger, 1 unit AKI with 12 Volt 55Ah capacity, 1 Inverter unit, and 7 units of LED lights with a total power of 50 watts and simple household appliances. This test is conducted from 08:00 WIB to 16:00 WIB. In the early stages of testing, the intensity of the sun must be measured first by using a Solar Power Meter, then recording the voltage (V) and current (A) issued by solar panels using a multimeter, and measuring the surface temperature of photovoltaic using a Thermometer Gun. Data retrieval is carried out with a 15-minute interval, this is done in order to determine the effect of temperature on the photovoltaic surface layer on solar panel efficiency. Based on the data obtained the highest efficiency of the Solar Panel is obtained between 12:00 WIB and 13:00 WIB, this is caused by the high intensity of the sun, the higher the intensity of the sun, the higher the efficiency obtained, but if the Photovoltaic temperature increases to 46 ° C, a decrease in the value of voltage (V) and current value (A) which tends to be stagnant. After the battery is filled, testing is carried out with a load of 7 LED lights that have a total capacity of 50 Watts. Based on the test, the average reduction in power is 3.91 A every hour.
