P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh High Performance Organization terhadap Organizational Attractiveness yang dimediasi oleh Work engagement, Affective Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 yang diperoleh melalui rumus Slovin dari total 374 karyawan PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis statistik deskriptif dan SEM (Structural equation model). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis High Performance Organization tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Attractiveness dengan nilai estimate -0,095, High Performance Organization berpengaruh terhadap Work Engagement dengan nilai estimate 0,763, High Performance Organization berpengaruh terhadap Affective Organizational Commitment dengan nilai estimate 0,713, High Performance Organization berpengaruh terhadap Job Satisfaction dengan nilai estimate 0,432, Work Engagement berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Attractiveness dengan nilai estimate 0,520, Affective Organizational Commitment berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Attractiveness dengan nilai estimate 0,265, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Attractiveness dengan nilai estimate 0,371, High Performance Organization berpengaruh Organizational Attractiveness yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement dengan nilai estimate 0,396, High Performance Organization berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Attractiveness yang dimediasi oleh Affective Organizational Commitment dengan nilai estimate 0,188, High Performance Organization berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Attractiveness yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction dengan nilai estimate 0,160, High Performance Organization berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Attractiveness yang dimediasi oleh Work Engagement, Affective Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction dengan nilai estimate sebesar -0,839.

T This research aims to analyze the influence of High Performance Organization to Organizational Attractiveness which mediated by Work Engagement, Affective Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling and distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents by using Slovin Theory from a total of 374 employees at PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk Jakarta. This research using statistic descriptive and SEM analysis tool (Structural Equation Model). Based on the result of hypothesis testing it can be concluded that High Performance Organization haven’t influence to Organizational Attractiveness wirh estimate value -0,095, High Performance Organization have an influence to Work Engagement with estimate value 0,763, High Performance Organization have an influence to Affective Organizational Commitment with estimate value 0,713, High Performance Organization have an influence to Job Satisfaction with estimate value 0,432, Work Engagement have an influence to Organizational Attractiveness with estimate value 0,520, Affective Organizational Commitment have an influence to Organizational Attractiveness with estimate value 0,265, Job Satisfaction have an influence to Organizational Attractiveness with estimate value 0,371, High Performance Organization have an influence to Organizational Attractiveness which mediated by Work Engagement with estimate value 0,396, High Performance Organization have an influence to Organizational Attractiveness which mediated by Affective Organizational Commitment with estimate value 0,188, High Performance Organization have an influence to Organizational Attractiveness which mediated by Job Satisfaction with estimate value 0,160, High Performance Organization have an influence to Organizational Attractiveness which mediated by Work Engagement, Affective Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction with estimate value -0,839.
