S Squeeze cementing adalah proses penyemanan sumur dengan menekan bubur semen di satu titik bermasalah pada sumur. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan squeeze cementing pada sumur T dan sumur R untuk menutup zona produktif di lapangan Z. Penulis akan menganalisa hasil injectivity test, perhitungan volume semen, perhitungan tekanan yang akan diberikan dan uji keberhasilan cementing dengan squeeze job test. Proses squeeze cementing pada sumur T maupun sumur R menggunakan metode Bardenhead Squeeze dan teknik low pressure squeeze. Injectivity test dilakukan untuk memperkiraan rate injeksi dari masing-masing sumur. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan kebutuhan semen untuk menutup zona produksi, yaitu 12,7 barrel pada sumur T dan 9,6 barrel pada sumur R. Setelah itu dilakukan perhitungan untuk mengetahui tekanan pemompaan terhadap bubur semen, yaitu 305,03 Psi pada sumur T dan pada sumur R sebesar 52,5 Psi.Selanjutnya dilakukan analisa keberhasilan pekerjaan squeeze cementing dengan melakukan pengujian positive test dan negative test. Positive test dilakukan dengan memompakan fluida ke dalam tubing kemudian dilakukan penekanan. Kemudian dilakukannya negative test dengan swabbing. Setelah didiamkan selama beberapa menit, diamati tidak ada perubahan tekanan yang dilihat pada pressure gauge pada setiap sumur selama 15 menit selama positive test dan tidak terdapat partikel semen yang terhisap selama negative test. Berdasarkan dari hasil tersebut, maka penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan squeeze cementing pada sumur T dan R dapat dikatakan berhasil menutup lubang perforasi.

S Squeeze cementing is a process of re-cementing wells by forcing a cement slurry into problematic position on the wells. In this study, Squeeze cementing was conducted on the wells “T” and “R” in the Z field to close perforation zone. The writer will analyze the result of injectivity test, the calculation of cement slurry volume, squeeze pressurse and squeeze job test. Squeeze cementing method used on the wells “T” and “R” was bardenhead method with low pressure squeezing technique, it was expected that there was not exceeding the fracture pressure. The injectivity test performed to determine the injectivity ratio on each well. Then the writer calculated the estimation of proper amount of cement slurry for both wells which went to formations to isolate the production zone on the wells T and R by 12,7 barrels and 9,6 barrels respectively and indicated pumping pressure on cement slurry by 305,03 Psi and 52,5 Psi respectively.Furthermore, the successful analysis of squeeze cementing was examined by using positive test and negative test. Once positive test was undertaken by pumping the fluid into drill pipe until fully filled, began the pressures. Afterwards, performed the negative test by swabbing. After observing for a few minutes, there is no pressure changes that could be seen on pressure gauge during 15 minutes on each well during positive test and there is no cement particle penetrated during negative test. Therefore, based on the results, it can be concluded that the application of squeeze cementing on the wells T and R was successfully seal off the perforation zone.
