P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Workplace Ostracism, Private Demands, Normative Conflict terhadap Cyberloafing. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan cara sensus yaitu menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan BCA Life Pluit Jakarta Utara sebanyak 70 orang. Metode analisa penelitian ini menggunakan analisa regresi berganda dengan software spss versi 24. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh pengaruh positif antara Workplace Ostracism terhadap Cyberloafing, terdapat pengaruh negatif Private Demands terhadap Cyberloafing dan terdapat pengaruh positif Normative Conflict terhadap Cyberloafing. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada manajer untuk lebih memberikan waktu yang fleksibel kepada karyawannya supaya karyawan bisa menyeimbangi perannya diluar menjadi karyawan.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Workplace Ostracism, Private Demands, Normative Conflict on Cyberloafing. This study uses field research by means of a cencus which is distributing questionnaires to all employees of BCA Life Pluit, North Jakarta, as many as 70 people. The method of analysis of this study uses multiple regression analysis with SPSS software version 24. In this study there was a positive effect between Workplace Ostracism on Cyberloafing, there was a negative effect of Private Demands on Cyberloafing and there was a positive effect of Normative Conflict on Cyberloafing. From the results of this study it is recommended that managers give more flexible time to their employees so that employees can balance their roles beyond being employees.
