Abstrak
Abstract

K Krisis yang melanda perekonomian dunia saat ini, memaksa pihak perbankan di tanah air harus mengatur strategi agar dapat mempertahankan dan mengembangkan diri. Persaingan antar bank memicu tindakan perbankan untuk berlomba-lomba meningkatkan kinerja bank dan meningkatkan pelayanan sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem pengukuran kinerja yang komprehensif.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh penerapan Balanced Scorecard terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Data yang diperoleh berupa data primer dari PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk cabang Depok. Adapun yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 101 responden. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Uji kualitas data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, dan distribusi frekuensi pernyataan kuesioner. Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji F, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitain ini dapat diketahui bahwa variabel perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan berpegaruh positif, adapun pengaruh yang paling dominan yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan adalah proses bisnis internal. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 55.2% sedangkan sisanya 44.8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diketahui.

Inter-bank competition triggers competitive actions to improve bank performance and services so that a comprehensive performance measurement system is needed.This study aims to analyses the effect the application of balanced scorecard on performance management. Data obtained in the form primary data form the PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Branch Depok. As for which a sample of this were 60 respondents. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression. Sampling method used was convenience sampling. Test the quality of data used in this study using a test of validity, reliability testing, and distribution frequency questionnaire statement. As for testing the hypothesis in this study using the F test, t test, and test the coefficient of determination. The results of this study showed that the variables financial perspective, customer perpective, learning and growth perspective and a positive influence, while the most dominant infuences that can affect the performance of company is internal business process perspective. The test results determination of coefficient of 55.2% while the remaining 44.8% influenced by other variables that are not known.
