D Di BSD dijumpai perumahan dengan tingkat hunian yang rendah. Dalam penelitian ini dipilih Perumahan Giri Loka dan Perumahan The Icon yang memiliki tingkat kekosongan melebihi batas 7%. Tingkat kekosongan Perumahan Giri Loka 31,32% dan Perumahan The Icon 23,96%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor bermukim yang berpengaruh pada tingkat hunian di ke dua perumahan yang menjadi lokasi studi. Variabel faktor bermukim meliputi daya beli penghuni, aksesibilitas perumahan dan kualitas lingkungan perumahan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji beda t-test dengan sampel independen, dipilih nilai α sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh daya beli penghuni, aksesibilitas perumahan dan kualitas lingkungan pada tingkat hunian di ke dua perumahan. Untuk mengantisipasi permasalahan tingkat hunian yang rendah perlu memperhatikan keterjangkauan harga rumah, lokasi perumahan terhadap titik-titik aktivitas masyarakat, serta ketersediaan dan kualitas sarana olahraga dan taman di lingkungan perumahan.
T There are found residences that have a high level of housing vacancy in BSD. In this research, Giri Loka and The Icon were chosen because those residences have a level of housing vacancies above 7%. The level of housing vacancy in Giri Loka is 31,32% and The Icon is 23,96%. This research aims to identify the influence of residing factors on the level of housing occupancy in both residences. The variables of residing factors are affordability, accessibility, and residential quality. The analytical technique used in this research was the comparative t-test with an independent sample, with the α value is 5%. The result of this research showed that affordability, accessibility, and residential quality affected on the level of housing occupancy in both study areas. Therefore, to anticipate the low level of housing occupancy issue it is necessary to concern on the affordability, residential location towards the community hub, and the availability and quality of sport facilities and park in the neighborhood area.
