P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh perceivedtransformative HR practices terhadap Employee Task Performance dan EmployeeAdaptivity di PT Duta Lestari Sentratama di Jakarta. Data diperoleh dari hasilkuisoner yang disebarkan kepada 114 di PT Duta Lestari Sentratama di Jakarta.Metode yang digunakan untuk responden adalah purposive sampling dengan 114karyawan dan menggunakan alat analisis simple regression analysis. Berdasarkanhasil pengujian hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh perceivedtransformative HR practices terhadap employee task performance. Terdapatpengaruh perceived transformative HR practices terhadap employee adaptivity.Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah sebaiknya manajer mempertahankankualitas setiap jenjang karir karyawan agar memiliki pemikiran kreatif, manajermeningkatkan cara unit kerja karyawan, manajer mempertahankan dalammengerjakan setiap tugas yang diberikan terhadap karyawan.

T This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived transformativeHR practices to employee task performance mediated by employee adaptivity at PTDuta Lestari Sentratama in Jakarta. Data obtained from the results of questionnairesdistributed to114 employee of PT Duta Lestari Sentratama in Jakarta. The methodused to respondents is purposive sampling with 114 employee and using simpleregression analysis as the analysis tool. Based on the results of hypothesis testing itcan be conclude that there is influence of perceived transformative HR practices toemployee task performance. There is influence of perceived transformative HRpractices to employee adaptivity. The implication for this thesis is the managermaintaining the quality of every employee career path, the manager improving theworks every employees, the manager maintaining in doing every task given toemployees.
