P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh High Performance Work System terhadap Organizational Innovation yang oleh Employee Voice. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 106 responden karyawan UKM Makanan di Jakarta Timur. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SEM (Sturctural Equation Model).Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan: High Performance Work System berpengaruh positf terhadap Organizational Innovation, High Performance Work System berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Voice, Employee Voice berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Innovation, dan High Performance Work System berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Innovation yang dimediasi oleh Employee Voice.

P Purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of High Performance Work System and Organizational Innovation mediated Employee Voice. Data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to 106 respondents at UKM Makanan – Jakarta Timur. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. This research using SEM analysis tool (Structural Equation Model).Hypothesis testing results indicate: High Performance Work System have a positif impact towards Organizational Innovation, High Performance Works System have a positive impact towards Employee Voice, Employee Voice have a positive impact towards Organizational Innovation, and High Performance Works System have a positive impact towards the Organizational Innovation mediated by Employee Voice.
