Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis mengenai ada atau tidaknya pengaruh antara Corporate Social Responsibility dan Good Corporate Governance (kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institutional, dan komite audit) terhadap nilai perusahaan.Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 50 dengan mempertimbangkan sampel perusahaan selama kurun waktu lima (5) tahun dari periode 2012 â€“ 2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Model penelitian ini diuji dengan model persamaan analisis regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan bantuan program EViews.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Corporate Social Responsibility memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan (2) kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institutional, dan komite audit tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan

T The objective of this study is to examine and analyze whether there is an influence between Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance (managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committee) on firm value.This study used secondary data. The sample used in this research are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The total sample is 50 by considering the sample of the company over the period of five (5) years from 2012 - 2016. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. This research model was tested with multiple linear regression analysis model and using EViews program.The results of this study indicate that (1) Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant positive influence on firm value, and (2) managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and audit committee have no significant influence on firm value.
