T This study aims to determine the quality of groundwater in Pasar Minggu district which is seen from Escherichia coli bacteria. Physical and chemical parameters as supporting parameters consist of temperature, pH and Dissolved Oxygen (DO). The analysis was conducted on 7 villages in Pasar Minggu subdistrict, South Jakarta (106 ° 45'0''E 6 ° 15'40''S) covering Pejaten Barat, East Pejaten, Jati Padang, East Cilandak, Pasar Minggu, Ragunan dan Kebagusan . The method used is Most Probable Number (MPN), referring to SNI 01-2332.1-2006. The study was conducted from April to August 2017, consisting of 18 sample points. The results of the analysis were compared with the quality standard of Minister of Health Regulation no 492 of 2010. E. coli found in well water population ranged from <3 MPN / 100 ml to> 1100 MPN / 100 ml. Based on the results of the analysis obtained that the urban villages that have high levels of pollution are located in East Pejaten and East Cilandak. In Kelurahan Cilandak Timur, the sample point (6 ° 17'10'SS 106 ° 48'53 '' E) has an average MPN value of> 1100 MPN / 100 ml in 3 test periods. In East Pejaten Village from 5 sample points analyzed two sample points (6 ° 17'8 ''S 106 ° 50'42' 'E) and (6 ° 17'33''S 106 ° 51'10' 'E) of which have MPN value> 1100/100 ml in three test periods. The contamination of ground water in Pasar Minggu subdistrict is mostly caused by activity around the sample point location which has potential as pollution source such as market and Temporary Waste Disposal Site (TPS). The presence of E. coli is associated with the well spacing to the septic tank and the depth of the well, contour and season when sampling. The dispersion map was created using Surfer 13 software, there was a decrease in the spread from May to June 2017.
