Evaluasi pekerjaan pengasaman nitrified pada Sumur PB-01 Lapangan Y
B Beberapa persoalan produksi fluida hidrokarbon sering kali terjadi padasumur-sumur produksi antara lain menurunnya harga permeabilitas batuan formasidan harga faktor skin positif disebabkan oleh invasi fluida pemboran, filtrat semen,dan juga air formasi yang terdapat pada sumur produksi. Masalah yang sama terjadipula pada sumur PB-01 lapangan Y. Menurunnya produksi hidrokarbon dan hasilwell test menjadi pertimbangan dilakukannya stimulasi matrix acidizing padasumur ini.Matrix acidizing pada sumur PB-01 dilakukan pada tahun 2013. MatrixAcidizing yang dilakukan pada sumur ini menggunakan Nitrogen (N2) sebagaiunloading acid dan juga fluida pendorong acid yang tersisa pada coiled tubing.Acid utama yang digunakan untuk main treatment adalah HCL 32% dan juga zatzatadditive lainnya antara lain Corrosion Inhibitor HT, Corrosion Inhibitor Aid,Iron Chelating Agent, Retarded Acid, Nonionic Surfactant, dan Mutual Solvent.Setelah tahap terakhir dilakukan, keberhasilan pekerjaan terbukti denganmeningkatnya produksi harian pada sumur PB-01, nilai skin setelah acidizing,Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR) dan juga nilai Productivity Index yangdidapat.
S Some of the hydrocarbon fluid production problems often occur in production wells. These problems include the declining of rock formations permeability and a positive skin factor caused by the invasion of drilling fluid, cement filtrate and formation fluid that also contained in production wells. The same problem occurs also in PB-01, well Y field. The declining of hydrocarbon production and the results of well test become the consideration that matrix acidizing stimulation should be done on these wells.Matrix acidizing on PB-01 was conducted in 2013. This method was done on this well using Nitrogen (N2) as the unloading acid and it also drive the remaining fluid acid in the coiled tubing. The main acid used for the treatment is 32% HCL and other additive substances including HT Corrosion Inhibitor, Corrosion Inhibitor Aid, Iron Chelating Agent, Retarded acid, Nonionic Surfactant, and Mutual Solvent. The succeed of this method showed by the daily production on PB-01 well, the decrease in the value of the skin after acidizing, the value of Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR) and also the increase of the Productivity Index.
