t tujuan untuk mngetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan pengetahuan tentang hak dan kewajiban dokter dan pasien. Antara mhs preklinik dan klinik FKG Usakti, penelitian dilakukan kepada 68 mhs preklinik dan 68 klinik dengan metode kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis statistik data kuesioner menggunakan SPSS versi 20.0 melalui uji Chi square for trend. hasil menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan pengetahuan antara mhs preklinik dan klinik.

T The purpose of this research is to find out the benefits of dragon fruit to the collagen increasing process in the process of wound healing after tooth extraction in wistar rats. This study used 30 wistar rats. Rats were divided into 3 groups, the treatment group, a group where the rats be given the extract of dragon fruit, the positive control group, a group where the rats be given active ingredient gel that contains aloe vera and a negative control group, a group where the rats without treatment. extracts and active ingredients gel administered topically to the wound extraction. Rats will be decapitated at day 14 and 21, then the rats socket made into microscope slide with the Hematoxilin Eosin coloring to observe the increased amount of collagen. Microscope slide will be observed visually using a microscope. results of data analysis using Kruskal Wallis and Wilcoxon from nonparametric test. From the results of microscope visual observation on day 14, the highest score amount of collagen present in the negative control group, while the lowest score amount of collagen present in the positive control group. On day 21, the highest score amount of collagen present in the treatment group, while the lowest amount of collagen present in the positive control group. The result from data analysis of Wilcoxon and Kruskal Wallis on day 14 and day 21 it was concluded that the group of rats given that was given dragon fruit extract treatment did not give significant results in wound healing process compared to the group of positive controls and negative controls.
