B Berdasarkan analisa yang dilakukan pada sumur A2R, didapatkan nilai skinsebesar +33,34 dan PI sebesar 0,07 BLPD/psi. Selanjutnya produksi minyak tidakmengalami peningkatan pada tiga bulan pertama sumur ini berproduksi. Produksiminyak sumur A2R hanya 8 BOPD dengan laju alir liquid sebesar 67 BLPD sertawater cut sebesar 88 %. Selain itu, history mud log review menunjukkan terjadi mudtotal loss di tempat perforasi yang mengindikasikan terjadinya kerusakan formasidi sekitar lubang sumur. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan matrix acidizing padasumur A2R. Matrix acidizing dilakukan pada tanggal 12 Maret 2013. Fluida asamyang digunakan adalah BA Acid 15% HCl.Setelah dilakukan rangkaian treatment matrix acidizing, evaluasi terhadaptreatment tersebut dilakukan guna mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan. Dari hasilevaluasi treatment tersebut, terlihat bahwa laju alir pada sumur A2R mengalamipeningkatan dari 67 BLPD menjadi 1115 BLPD, nilai skin mengalami perubahandari sebelumnya +33,34 menjadi -5,92 dan perubahan nilai Productivity Index (PI)dari sebelumnya 0,07 BLPD/psi menjadi 4,92 BLPD/psi. Hal tersebutmembuktikan bahwa matrix acidizing yang dilakukan pada sumur A2R berhasil.

A According to the analysis that have been performed in well A2R, the resultsof skin is equal +33,34 and PI is equal 0,07 BLPD/psi. The oil production was notincreasing in the first three months during this well produced. The oil production inwell A2R was only at 8 BOPD with liquid flow of 67 BLPD and water cut of 88%.Beside, the history of mud log review shows that the mud total loss in theperforation that indicates formation damage happened around the borehole.Because of that, matrix acidizing is needed in well A2R. Matrix acidizing was donein 12 March 2013. BA Acid 15% HCl has been used during the process.After separate treatments of matrix acidizing, evaluation of those treatmentsare needed to be measured to the succession rate. From the evaluation results ofthose treatments, we can see that the liquid flow in well A2R is increasing, from67 BLPD to 1115 BLPD, the skin value changed from +33,34 to -5,92 and the valueof productivity index (PI) also changed from 0,07 BLPD/psi to 4,92 BLPD/psi.Those things proves that matrix acidizing that was done in well A2R was a success.
