I In this thesis, the field will be simulated is the layer J JE Field, located in Bekasi, West Java. JE Field development was done in order to produce optimum oil by selecting a suitable scenario for the field development and implementation of water injection in the field which also aims to increase oil recovery. Reservoir production behavior forecasting is done by making several production scenarios. Scenarios performed to predict the performance of the reservoir for 10 years from September 2011 until May 2021. In the first scenario implemented without any additional production forecasting improvements or additional wells on the reservoir (Base Case). The second scenario is the addition of two infill wells are wells and infill wells infill-1-2. The third scenario is the addition of two infill wells and 2 injection wells. The fourth scenario is to add two infill wells, ie wells and infill wells infill-1-2 plus 2 injection wells. Conducted by scenario forecasting the results obtained in the first scenario produces a cumulative oil production of 2261 MBBL and RF at 12:29%, the second scenario produces a cumulative production of oil by 2406.08 MBBL and RF at 13:08%, the third scenario produces a cumulative production of oil by 2454.33 MBBL and RF of 13:34%, the fourth scenario produces a cumulative oil MBBL of 2479.5 and RF at 13:48%,. Judging from the RF, the fourth scenario that produces the greatest RF. However, when viewed from the addition of the cumulative value of the oil and the addition of RF are not significant in the third and fourth scenario, the second scenario is more optimal scenario for the development referenced JE Field, because this scenario is only doing 2 infill wells and have a cumulative grade of oil that almost same with the third and fourth scenarios. Application of water injection at the well is said to be not feasible due to the increase of cumulative production and RF values in scenarios 3 and 4 that use water injection was not significant compared with the addition of cumulative production and value addition of RF from infill wells. One of the causes of failure of the water injection due to improper water distribution targeted for heterogeneous permeability.
