T Tujuan dari skripsi adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel-variabel independent seperti harga, aneka ragam produk, kualitas, dan pelayanan karyawan terhadap variabel dependent nya yaitu kepuasan toko. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara harga, aneka ragam produk, kualitas, dan pelayanan karyawan terhadap kepuasan toko antara conventional store dan specialty store. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis, menyimpulkan bahwa persepsi kepuasan toko tertinggi didapat dari pelanggan conventional store daripada specialty store.

T The purpose of the thesis was to determine the effect of independent variables such as price, product variety, quality, and service of its employees to the satisfaction dependent variable store. Results showed significant effect between price, product variety, quality, and service shop employee satisfaction among conventional stores and specialty stores. Based on the results of research by the author, concluded that the perception of satisfaction gained from the customer's highest store conventional store rather than specialty stores.
