P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anteseden dan konsekuensi dari sikapterhadapada penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh antar variabel-variabelyang dimiliki menggunakan metode Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuansoftware SPSS 25.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Quality berpengaruh positif terhadapAttitude Towards Local Foods, Health Factor berpengaruh positif terhadap AttitudeTowards Local Foods, Emotional berpengaruh positif terhadap Attitude Towards LocalFoods, Price Value berpengaruh positif terhadap Attitude Towards Local Foods, danAttitude Towards Local Foods berpengaruh positif terhadap Intention to Revisit.Penelitian ini m makanan lokal di Jakarta, dengan menyoroti Quality, Health Factor, Emotional, dan Price Value terhadap Attitude Towards Local Foods serta Intention torevisit. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepadapengunjung yang telah mencicipi makanan lokal di Jakarta. Sampel yang digunakanpada penelitian ini sebanyak 220 responden. Metode penarikan sampel yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yangdigunakan pemberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembangan pariwisata kuliner diJakarta dengan menekankan pentingnya kualitas, kesehatan, dan nilai emosionaldalam membentuk sikap positif terhadap makanan lokal dan niat untuk mengulangkunjungan.

T The purpose of this study was to analyze the antecedents and consequences of attitudestowards local foods in Jakarta, focusing on the effects of Quality, Health Factor,Emotional, and Price Value on attitudes towards local foods and Intention to Revisit.Data were obtained by distributing online questionnaires to visitors who had sampledlocal foods in Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 220 respondents. Thesampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysismethod used in this study is to analyze the influence between the variables using theMultiple Linear Regression method with the help of SPSS 25 software.The results of this study conclude that Quality has a positive effect on attitudes towardslocal foods, Health Factor has a positive effect on attitudes towards local foods,Emotional has a positive effect on attitudes towards local foods, Price Value has apositive effect on attitudes towards local foods, and attitudes towards local foods havea positive effect on Intention to Revisit. This study provides important insights for thedevelopment of culinary tourism in Jakarta by emphasizing the importance of Quality,health, and Emotional in shaping positive attitudes towards local foods and fosteringthe Intention to Revisit.
