S Selection of information system projects between country and other countries will be different, as well as affecting factors. Selection of information system project is challenging as of many factors that affect. Some Projects fail. Failure means the project does not work or not in accordance with the environmental requirements. The determination of this paper is to prototype the selection of information system projects so that project selection is more appropriate. Where there are an independent variable (environment), a dependent variable (success of project selection), organizational ability as mediator. The result is that environment directly affects the information systems project selection, and the environment has an indirect effect on the information systems project selection via the ability of organizations to mediate.
