T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh positif knowledgemanagement, transformational leadership dan organizational learning terhadaporganizational performance yang dimediasi oleh organizational innovation. Surveidilakukan pada karyawan hotel bintang 2 dan hotel bintang 3 di Kabupaten Badung,Provinsi Bali dengan jenjang jabatan minimal supervisor. Jumlah responden adalah400 orang yang merupakan karyawan dari 161 hotel. Kuesioner yang disebarkanterdiri dari 55 indikator pertanyaan dengan pilihan jawaban 5 Skala Likert. Modelyang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan Structural EquationModeling (SEM) dan proses pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakansoftware AMOS.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah knowledge management, transformational leadershipdan organizational learning memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap organizationalinnovation dan organizational performance. Transformational leadership merupakanvariabel yang paling mempengaruhi organizational innovation sedangkanorganizational learning merupakan variabel yang paling mempengaruhiorganizational performance. Oleh sebab itu, untuk meningkatkan inovasi dan kinerjamaka pihak manajemen dapat memprioritaskan hal-hal terkait dengantransformational leadership dan organizational learning.Hasil lainnya dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengaruh positif dari knowledgemanagement, transformational leadership dan organizational learning terhadaporganizational performance dimediasi secara sempurna oleh organizationalinnovation. Sehingga pihak manajemen harus menciptakan iklim dan budaya yangmendukung tumbuhnya berbagai pembelajaran dan inovasi untuk dapatmeningkatkan kinerja hotel.Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan yaitu hotel yang menjadi objek penelitianadalah hotel bintang 2 dan bintang 3 di Kabupaten Badung, Provinsi Bali, sehinggahasil penelitian ini tidak dapat digeneralisasi untuk seluruh hotel. Keterbatasanlainnya adalah variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian hanya knowledgemanagement, transformational leadership, organizational learning, organizationalinnovation dan organizational performance.Model yang diajukan dalam penelitian memperlihatkan knowledge management,transformational leadership, organizational learning memiliki pengaruh positifterhadap organizational innovation. Penelitian selanjutnya direkomendasikanmenggunakan variabel employee motivation atau dynamic capabilities sebagaianteseden untuk melihat pengaruhnya terhadap organizational innovation.

T The purpose of this study is to examine the positive influence of knowledgemanagement, transformational leadership and organizational learning onorganizational performance which is mediated by organizational innovation. Thesurvey was conducted on 2-star and 3-star hotel employees in Badung Regency,Bali with minimum supervisor positions. The number of respondents was 400people who were employed by 161 hotels. The distributed questionnaire consistedof 55 question indicators with answer choices of 5 Likert Scale. The modelproposed in this study was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) anddata processing was done using AMOS software.Primary finding of this study is that knowledge management, transformationalleadership and organizational learning have positive influences on organizationalinnovation and organizational performance. Transformational leadership is themost influential variable towards organizational innovation while organizationallearning is the variable that influences organizational performance the most. Thus,in order to improve innovation and performance, management should prioritizematters related to transformational leadership and organizational learning.The other finding of this study is that the positive influence of knowledgemanagement, transformational leadership, organizational learning onorganizational performance is perfectly mediated by organizational innovation.Therefore management must create climate and culture that support the growth ofvarious learnings and innovations to improve hotel performance.This study has limitation in which the hotels that became the research objectswere 2-star and 3-star hotels in Badung Regency, Bali Province, so that thefindings of this study may not be generalized to all hotels. Another limitation isthat the variables used in this study were only knowledge management,transformational leadership, organizational learning, organizational innovationand organizational performance.The model proposed in the research shows that knowledge management,transformational leadership, and organizational learning have positive influenceson organizational innovation. Further studies are recommended to use employeemotivation and dynamic capabilities variables as antecedents to see theirinfluences on organizational innovation
